At Sharp Circle, we believe in the untapped potential of individuals who find traditional educational methods uninspiring. Our innovative program invites participants, including high school students and others aiming to transform their thinking, to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset—an essential step towards harnessing their innate capabilities for prosocial power and community engagement.

Statistics reveal a stark choice for students disengaged from traditional education: a path towards incarceration or one towards becoming future innovators and changemakers. Our program offers these individuals a head start by equipping them with the knowledge and skills to navigate their futures proactively.

In addition to fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, we have integrated a cutting-edge financial literacy program. This component centers around the intersection of identity (gender, culture, upbringing) and our relationship with money. It aims to unlock the converging and conflicting motivators that shape our beliefs, thoughts, and actions concerning finances. Participants will learn to pursue successful financial outcomes aligned with their character and personal goals.

Over the course of eight weeks, participants will explore key entrepreneurial concepts such as choice, opportunity, action, knowledge, wealth, brand, community, and persistence. This experience encourages them to take ownership of their lives, articulate their responses to their circumstances, and develop the resilience needed for success. 

By the end of the program, participants will have gained valuable insights into the power of choice, the creation of value, the importance of action, and the significance of community support. They will also develop a deeper understanding of financial literacy, empowering them to make informed decisions that align with their identity and goals.
